Who are we?
Nick Foster
A Local photographer who works for a Gun Dealer in charge of Photography/Media and freelances his services at any other opportunity. Nick’s interest in all things photographic started at the grand old age of 12 when his dad bought him a 1979 Olympus OM10 with Manual adapter and Zuiko 50mm f1.8 lens (Which still gets used!). Nicks shots vary from Portraits to Landscapes, from the technical to just plain bizarre. He can now be found brandishing a Canon 5D with a selection of both new and vintage lenses seeing just how close he can get to odd looking insects.
Ian Lewis
Ian was born in 1984 in Taunton, Somerset, UK. His love of photography was not discovered until 2005 when he became involved in helping out with Taunton Blackbrook Football Club. Ian loves getting up at ridiculous times of the day to venture out and capture atmospheric images of the local area. Ian’s photographic subjects changed with the purchase of the Canon camera. After reading through books and looking on various websites, Ian came across some breathtaking inspiration in the form of David Noton, Charlie Waite and Joe Cornish, as well as the Somerset based Nick Cable. Landscapes were preferred to the sports and wildlife shots he had previously taken.
